Bandit Wigs is building a company and a reputation. We want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why we are offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee which consists of easy exchange and returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Bandit purchase, for any reason, you may return it for full refund. Restrictions apply.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of your receipt date with a restocking fee of $50. All items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached) and in original packaging. For full refund, you must return all packaging, gifts, and promotional items that where included in the package that you received. 
Your new product is sent with a return shipping label, and can be tracked as soon as you drop it off at any UPS store or UPS drop-off location.
Returns must be shipped to us within 3 days of your receipt of the new product.

Odor-Free: Any odors on your item may render it ineligible for return or exchange, or may be subject to a $55 restocking fee. Bandit Wigs LLC shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a product has been altered from its original condition. 

Custom orders, Special Orders, Clearance Items or items that have been colored or altered in any way are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.


If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. 
Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
 Customer is responsible for all costs other than shipping in the U.S. including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by local customs for any international deliveries.

Please use the enclosed return label to return your item. Make sure to include all items that where in the package you received. Your requested exchanged item will ship out within 3 days of receipt of the returned item (if requested item is in stock). You will receive a email with a status update once your return is received.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email from us confirming that your credit has been processed. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.


Please note: Sale items have a 3 day return policy from delivery date. A $50 restocking fee will apply.
